Cooking Instructions:
For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
Pan Sear:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil. Cook for 4–5 minutes skin-side down, then flip and cook an additional 2–4 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness.
Grill:
Brush lightly with olive oil and grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side.
Air Fryer:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 10–12 minutes.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
