- Bake for 19–21 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Convection Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake frozen crab cakes for 15–17 minutes.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
