Cooking Tips:

Thawing Instructions:

For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Place the steak on a tray or plate and allow approximately 18–24 hours to thaw completely.

Once thawed, remove from the refrigerator 30–45 minutes before cooking to help ensure even cooking and optimal tenderness.

Do not thaw at room temperature. Keep refrigerated and cook within 2–3 days after thawing.
